Terms and Conditions

1.    Professional fee for candidates recruited through our data bank would be equivalent to 10 % to Junior Level, 12.5 % to Middle Level and 15% to Senior Level(Car Component to be taken into account as per case to case basis) of the gross salary  payable to them  in any form: 

2.    In case the Candidate leaves the organization of his/her own within three months, we will provide the  Replacement.  

3.   All payment will be made within 30 days of joining of the Candidate by means of DD/Cheque drawn on Delhi branch of the bank.

 4.   In case of releasing of the advertisement on client’s behalf, we shall ensure screening and shortlisting of the Candidates but all expenses pertaining to advertisement will be borne by the company.

 5.   Any of C.V’s/ candidates sent by us if recruited even after a year of our sending the same would be treated as our candidate.

6.  We are to be informed of our shortlisted candidates immediately and our candidates not to be approached directly or without our consent prior to his/her joining.
